I am just curious how much and what kind of traffic do you get from forum postings and of course from your signature file.

It is said that forum postings are very efficient free marketing tools. If you are posting in specific, niche forums you get quality, targeted traffic.

Do you agree? What are your experiences in this matter?

If you are persistnent and determined then i usuallly get about 10 to 20 prospects in about 3 weeks if you post about 3 hours a day

forum posting is more reliable when it comes to backlinks...
